Michael McAfee serves as the Director of Bible Engagement for Museum of the Bible. Michael’s role is to help foster bible engagement and biblical impact in faith communities. He frequently travels to speak at churches, Bible colleges and Christian universities, conferences, and other opportunities.

Michael holds a BA from the University of Oklahoma in Letters with a Religious Studies Minor and a Masters of Divinity from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is currently a Ph.D. student with Dr. Russell Moore at Southern Seminary.

Michael also serves as a Teaching Pastor at Council Road Baptist Church in Oklahoma City where he met his wife/best friend, Lauren, when they were seven years old. Michael and his wife, Lauren, enjoy speaking together on behalf of Museum of the Bible and the Green family.
